Besides the fact that we have already read so much material this semester, we have to somehow organize this new material and try to make sense of it all. I hope at the end of the semester we get some kind of summary from Lowell telling us what we should have learned. I know that will never happen, but I feel like I need a reflection that someone else wrote. I agree something has to be done about scheduling and teacher expectations because it's hard enough to keep your head above water let alone stay ahead of all the new information. Time is probably the most scarce resource out there in the world today. Some of the stuff we read for classes or in the news we take it at face value. While it would be great to see if they are valid, but because of other things going on in our lives we struggle setting time out to accomplish this task. I can understand what you are saying.
